Local Government Financial Reporting - Instructions
Using the data furnished by each county or municipal government in its respective form, as well as publicly-available data collected from appropriate sources, EDR staff will calculate the statutorily-required metrics.
The county and municipal reporting forms, instructions, and supplemental information for the current 2025 reporting cycle are posted below. The statutory reporting deadline is October 15, 2025.

Supplemental Information - EDR will update and use the latest available data in the published datasets.

Pursuant to law, county and municipal government must submit the requested information annually to EDR by October 15th.
