Social Services Estimating Conference
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families

During the 1996 legislative session, Florida established its welfare reform program called the Work And Gain Economic Self-sufficiency (WAGES) program. The Social Services Estimating Conference forecasts the assistance payments portion of the program.
