Local Government Financial Reporting - Instructions
Using the data furnished by each county or municipal government in its respective form, as well as publicly-available data collected from appropriate sources, EDR staff will calculate the statutorily-required metrics. Please note that school districts and independent special districts are NOT subject to this reporting requirement.
The statutory reporting deadline of October 15, 2025, and EDR's 30-day reporting deadline extension of November 15, 2025, have now passed. The following jurisdictions did not submit during the 2025 reporting cycle and are not in compliance.
Note: Dixie County and 23 municipalities did not submit as of November 25, 2025.
The county and municipal reporting forms, instructions, and supplemental information for next year's 2026 reporting cycle will be posted below in September 2026.

Pursuant to law, county and municipal government must submit the requested information annually to EDR by October 15th.
