Local Government Financial Reporting - Instructions
Using the data furnished by each county or municipal government in its respective form, as well as publicly-available data collected from appropriate sources, EDR staff will calculate the statutorily-required metrics.
The statutory reporting deadline was October 15, 2025. EDR will continue to accept forms for a limited time.
Note: Dixie County and 96 municipalities have not submitted forms as of October 26, 2025.
The county and municipal reporting forms, instructions, and supplemental information for the current 2025 reporting cycle are posted below. Please note that school districts and independent special districts are NOT subject to this reporting requirement.

Pursuant to law, county and municipal government must submit the requested information annually to EDR by October 15th.
